Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Mknelly arrived at the facility unannounced on 4/7/26 to conduct a Annual Inspection utilizing the CARE inspection tool. LPA met with the program manager who was present to assist with the inspection. Administrator, Jude Savon, arrived to assist.
LPA toured the interior and exterior of the facility together with staff to ensure health and safety of residents in care. Areas toured include but are not limited to: common areas, classrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and backyard. In the areas toured no immediate health, safety, or personal rights violations were observed. The program is clean. Hot water was observed to exceed 117' F in the kitchen. Advised to monitor any antibiotic ointments stored in first aid kits. Advised reporting of any equipment failures or fire system issues that effect operations or safety to CCLD.
LPA reviewed 5 client files. Files are complete and well organized. Some IPPs were out of date. meetings have happened, reports are pending.
LPA reviewed 5 staff files. Files are complete. LPA's advised that staff be associated to all sites where they may work.
No deficiency are being cited as a result of todays inspection.
Exit interview conducted with licensee and copy of report to be emailed to licensee.
