Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bethany Mirlohi arrived unannounced to conduct case management. LPA met with Administrator Barbara Fleck during today's inspection.
During today's inspection LPA arrived to review an incident report that was sent into CCL. LPA interviewed administrator and staff and reviewed resident file. No further information is required for this incident report.
At the time of this visit no deficiencies were given.
