Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bethany Mirlohi arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with Caregiver Veronica during today's inspection.
LPA arrived today to discuss annual fees that are past due. LPA spoke to Administrator, John Paul Pamintuan, over the phone and he stated he has paid the annual fees. Administrator agrees to send a receipt of payment to LPA by the end of the day.
No deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
