On 1/28/25, LPA Kevin Mknelly conducted an annual inspection. LPA met the Administrator at the home.
There continue to be no residents in care. Therefore, the inspection primarily focused on the physical plant
safety. The condition of the home is suitable for residents.
The home has had some renovations and received a new fire clearance.
LPA reminded Admin that annual fees are due by 2/9/26.
Admin is possibly opening this home back up for residents. LPA requested they be notified if residents move in.
The report is emailed to the licensee for return signature.
