Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bethany Mirlohi arrived unannounced to complete a case management visit. LPA met with Brennan Williams during today inspection and spoke to Administrator Gary Johnson over the phone.
LPA spoke to the administrator about staffing at the facility and the administrator working hours. LPA requested staffing schedules for April, May, June, and July 2026. In addition, Administrator will send LPA an LIC308.
No deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
