Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bethany Mirlohi arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with Amandeep Gill during today's inspection.
During today's inspection LPA interviewed staff and reviewed R1's documentation and hospital discharge paperwork. It is determined facility is acting appropriately and staff are following up with the appropriate parties. At the time of this visit no deficiencies were given.
