Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a collateral visit. LPA met with Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
Today's visit, LPA spoke with Administrator and R1 regarding a concern that is not related to the facility.
In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were observed at the time of the visit.
