On 1/28/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Mknelly, conducted a case management visit and met with Administrator.
LPA conducted a health and safety check at the facility.
Resident care needs are attended to by sufficient staffing.
Food supplies meet requirements and the home is a comfortable temperature.
LPA discussed several topics with the administrator.
LPA will email administrator links to additional information.
As a result of today’s inspection, no deficiencies were noted.
