LPA Kevin Mknelly conducted a case management visit and spoke with Administrator, Jenna Allen.
The purpose of the visit was to follow-up on a medication error incident report involving R1's medications passed by S1 on 10/04/25.
From interview LPA found that the medication was not administered as ordered and recorded on the MAR. However, client S1 had previously taken the dose they they were given and R1's doctor was in process of increasing the dose to the client's preference.
S1 has received updated medication training in the areas found to be relevant to the event.
