Facility Evaluation Report

On March 27, 2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Mknelly, conducted a case management visit while delivering complaint findings and met with Administrator .

On 3/10/25, the department received an incident report regarding R1 missing a medication due to a missed refill pick-up on 3/9/25.

LPA reviewed the incident and documents. R1 suffered no adverse effects of the missed medication.

LPA and Admin discussed remedies to the related issues. Staff have been retrained for verification of signed orders ready for pick-up at the pharmacy.

As a result of today’s inspection, no deficiencies were noted.
