COMPLAINT CONTROL NUMBER: 59-AS-20260406093029

Staff speak inappropriately to resident in care.

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bethany Mirlohi arrived unannounced to deliver complaint findings into allegations listed above. LPA met with Delson Bautista during today’s inspection.

LPA investigated allegation, “Staff speak inappropriately to resident in care”. LPA interviewed 3 clients, 8 care staff, and reviewed facility documentation. Relevant party reports that staff have made disrespectful statements to C1 and that staff lack compassion toward C1. LPA interviewed C1 in which they stated there are 2 care staff that tease them, make fun of how they talk, and give C1 attitude when talking with them. LPA interviewed 2 additional clients in which they stated care staff have not been rude, inappropriate, and made mean comments toward. LPA interviewed 8 care staff in which they stated they have not observed staff being rude or making inappropriate comments toward C1. Staff stated they treat all clients with respect and patience while providing care. Due to the information gathered, LPA finds allegation to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and copy of report provided.
