Facility Evaluation Report

An Office meeting was held with Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Laura Munoz, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Graham Gunby and John Tryon to discuss the recent departure of CEO/Administrator Katherine Murray, who left the country without issuing a proper resignation letter. During the meeting, it was explained that due to this departure, a new application is required for Tyler Chester, the remaining board member, to assume corporate responsibility and designate a replacement CEO for both facilities (Dad’s Place INC 315003007 and DAD'S PLACE, INC. 315920023).
