Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Angela Hood arrived at the care home today and met with the applicant's daughter, Maddie Dunn, to conduct a case management visit regarding notification received by the department regarding change of ownership application. Maddie will be the Administrator once facility receives new license.
During today's visit, LPA conducted an interview to obtain information regarding concerns to expedite application. Component II was conducted on January 12, 2026 and self assessment was completed.
