The inspector’s account

On 09/10/2025 Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Laura Munoz and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cheyenne Ratajczak arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a case management. Alta California Regional Center Representative were present for the visit.

The purpose of today's visit was to meet with the Licensee, Custodio "Joel" Seisa to discuss the facility operations, licensee leadership and current outstanding deficiency items with Alta California Regional Center.

The licensee was informed a meeting with be scheduled at a later date in the Regional office to discuss the current operation of the facility.

Exit interview conducted a copy of the report was left at the facility.
