On 12/22/2022 LPA Tryon visited the facility to do an annual visit. LPA met with Andrew Ryan. LPA toured the house including common areas, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, storage, yard, etc. The home is appropriately furnished. There are adequate supplies of food, cleaners, etc.
LPA reviewed the Infection Control Domain of the CARES Tool with Mr. Ryan. The home has a Mitigation Plan/Infection Control. The home has supplies of PPE, masks, gloves, etc.
At this time, the home appears to be in substantial compliance with the regulations. No deficiencies cited at this visit.
