Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassandra Mikkelson arrived unannounced and met with Administrator Niccole Pitz to conduct an annual inspection.

LPA conducted an inspection of the Adult Day Program to ensure compliance with Title 22 regulations. LPA observed activity rooms, common area bathrooms, offices and perimeter of facility. The bathrooms were in sanitary condition and properly maintained.

Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are operational in the facility. Fire extinguishers and first aid kit are maintained and ready for emergency use. Facility does not manage medications or provide meals for clients. LPA reviewed five (5) resident files and three (3) staff files.

As a result of this visit, no deficiencies were cited pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8. Exit interview was conducted with Administrator.
