Facility Evaluation Report
On August 15, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a health and safety case management visit. LPA met with Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit.
LPA and Administrator conducted a tour of the facility to check the health and safety of residents in care. Areas toured included but not limited to residents rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and the common areas. LPA toured kitchen area and observed that facility has adequate food supply of two days perishable and seven days non perishable food. LPA observed that facility was clean and odor free. From the tour conducted, LPA observed no immediate health and safety violations.
Today's visit, LPA and Administrator discussed staff training and certified vendors for continuing education course. LPA provided Administrator a copy of staff training health and safety codes and a list of approved vendors.
Exit interview conducted and copy of report left at the facility.
