Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Todd Tryon arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a health and safety case management visit. LPA met with Licensee/Administrator and with Elizabeth Weeks explained the purpose of the visit.
Today's visit, LPA spoke with resident R1 and gathered additional information.. Additionally, LPA and Administrator conducted a tour of the facility to ensure the health and safety of residents in care. No immediate health, safety or personal rights violation observed.
Exit interview conducted and copy of report was provided.
