On 11/10/2022 LPA Tryon arrived at the facility to attempt to do an annual visit. Upon arrival, LPA saw no cars present. LPA went to several different doors and rang and knocked. There was no answer.
The facility looks well-cared for outside, but there appeared to be no one present. LPA waited for a while, then left.
LPA will attempt to contact the licensee to find out what is happening with the facility.
