The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassandra Mikkelson arrived at facility unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA has received several phone calls from a resident's family member and also the facility regarding medications, admission agreements and other topics.

LPA collected pertinent documents for review.

LPA discussed numerous topics with Licensee to attempt to solve misunderstandings between Resident R1's family and facility.
