Facility Evaluation Report

On this day Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jenifer Tirre made an unannounced visit to conduct annual inspection, during visit, LPA Tirre observed facility had concrete construction in back yard area being performed. Administrator/ Shareholder Edwin Panganiban and Shareholder Christopher Curtis informed LPA that back yard area is having cement put in today as base for a large storage unit that is being built in outside back yard area. LPA was provided a copy of Permit issued by City of Yorba Linda. Administrator Panganiban stated that protocols have been put in place for residents to be supervised during construction period. Shareholder Curtis informed that construction in back yard is projected to take another two weeks. LPA Tirre advised Administrator/ Shareholder Panganiban to provide weekly updates to Department on construction status. Department will make a follow up visit to confirm facility has completed project and that there is no safety or health concerns regarding care of residents.
