Facility Evaluation Report

An informal meeting was conducted on this date in the Orange County Adult and Senior Care Regional Office. The purpose of this informal conference was to discuss expectations of the facility and Community Care Licensing staff.

Present in this meeting were Regional Manager Marina Stanic and Acting Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Jerome Haley , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrea Mendivil and Licensee Cristina Radu.

The meeting process was explained to the Licensee. Also discussed was professionalism, expectations and inappropriate behavior by both the licensee and by the analyst. LPA Mendivil was informed that if any inappropriate behavior is observed at any time she is to leave the facility and have the licensee come to the office for a conference and to be given the findings of the visit. Likewise, if LPA is inappropriate in any regard, the licensee it is to report it to the Regional Manager.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given.
