Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brandon Lopez made an announced visit to the facility for the purpose of conducting the pre-licensing inspection. LPA was greeted and granted entry by Administrator (AD) Liezl Tuason. LPA observed that Administrator Liezl Tuason has a valid Administrator certificate which expires on May 23, 2025.

An initial application to operate an Adult Residential Facility for Persons with Special Health Care Needs ( ARFPSHN) for a capacity of five bedridden clients was received by Community Care Licensing (CCL) on March 5, 2025. This is a change of ownership with three clients already in care, two of which were present at the time of visit. The facility received an approved Fire Clearance by Orange County Fire Authority Inspector Lexie Anker on January 23, 2025.

The facility is a one story home with five private client bedrooms, two shared client bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a staff office, a laundry room, and an unattached two car garage. LPA accompanied by the AD conducted a tour of the interior portion of the facility. LPA inspected the five client bedrooms and they were observed to be free of hazards. Client bedrooms had the required furnishings of a bed, a chair, a chest of drawer, and a lamp. LPA observed client linens and blankets to be clean. LPA observed additional linens are stored in each client's bedroom closet. LPA inspected the two shared client bathrooms. Client bathrooms were clean and free of hazards. Client bathrooms are equipped with grab bars and non skid floors. Faucets and toilets were operational. Hot water temperature measured between 118.8 and 119.1 degrees Fahrenheit.
