Facility Evaluation Report
An Informal meeting was conducted on this date in Orange County Adult and Senior Regional Office. The purpose of this informal conference was to discuss status of facility License.
Present in this meeting were Regional Manager Marina Stanic, Licensing Program Manager Lourdes Montoya, Licensing Program Analyst Jenifer Tirre, Licensee Vernell Laurence and Administrator Patricia Ingram.
The meeting was a follow up to a postponed meeting that was scheduled on October 17, 2025.
On today’s date, Department discussed with Licensee Vernell Laurence the status of License and change of ownership.
The Licensee informed the Department that at this time there will be no change of ownership. Facility is non-operational with no clients in care. Department discussed with Licensee the inspection authority to conduct visits on behalf of department unannounced. Licensee confirmed they understand and will provide access to Department staff when requested.
Administrator will email Department as soon as in process of accepting clients.
An exit interview was conducted and copy of report was given to Licensee Vernell Laurence.
