On September 12, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brandon Lopez made an unannounced Case Management visit. LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility by care giving staff after explaining the purpose for the visit. Licensee (LI) Allen Medina was notified via telephone and later arrived to assist with the visit.
LPA is conducted the Case Management visit to deliver findings for complaint 22-AS-20250527154814 for closed facility Hills of Browning, The - 306006314. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Allen Medina and a copy of this report was provided.
