Facility Evaluation Report

An informal conference was conducted on this date in the Orange County Regional Office. The purpose of this informal conference was to provide clarification to Unlicensed complaint #22-NP-20211115141613 and to address questions and concerns by Licensee in an email dated 4/24/2026.

Present during visit were Regional Manager Monica Tran, Assistant Program Administrator Araceli Ramirez, Licensing Program Analysts's (LPA) Jenifer Tirre and Jessica Cho, Adult Enrichment Center President Pete Perez, AEC Chief Strategy Officer Reese Perez, AEC Chief Operating Officer William Kelsey, and Regional Center Quality Assurance Laurel Warren.

During meeting clarification was provided by the Department pertaining to Title 22 and Health and Safety code. Licensee was provided copies of the following regulations:

82044 California Code of Regulations, Evaluation Visits and Inspection Authority of the Licensing Agency

1533 Health and Safety Code, Inspection by Department

1503.5 Health and Safety Code, Unlicensed Community Care Facility

Department discussed mutual collaboration moving forward regarding future visits to facility to ensure Title 22 and Health & Safety codes are met.

An exit interview was not conducted due to Licensee leaving without notice. LPA Tirre notified CEO Perez via cell phone and provided copy of report by email.
