The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kimberly Lyman conducted an unannounced visit to the facility for the purpose of the annual required visit.

Upon arrival, LPA observed there is a "For lease" sign outside the facility. Property owner Michael Roham is outside the facility pulling the trash cans in. LPA approached and spoke with the owner. Property owner indicated the facility has not paid rent since June 2025 and legal action is being pursued. The property is now advertised for lease.

Property owner allowed entry into the home and LPA observed there is no evidence of any clients residing in the facility.
