Per interview with Crystal Goodwin Compliance Officer the advertisement is for all Newport Healthcare locations which span over multiple states and are throughout all of California. Crystal stated this advertisement is not region specific which is why they do not list their license numbers.

Therefore based on the preponderance of evidence through records reviewed the allegation Licensees is not revealing the facility license number in all advertisements is determined to be SUBSTANTIATED, meaning the complaint allegation is valid and that a violation has occurred.

The following is being cited per California Code of Regulations Title 22 Division 6 Chapter 8. A civil penalty is assessed based on a repeat violation cited on 04/17/2023.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report and appeal rights was provided to the facility representative.
