The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jessica Cho arrived unannounced to follow up and clear the deficiency cited during the annual inspection conducted on January 14, 2025. LPA was greeted and granted entry and explained the purpose of the visit to Lead Staff Michelle Torres.

Regarding, 80087 Building and Grounds, regulation indicates (a) The facility shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times. Facility has complied with the terms of the Plan of Correction (POC).

In addition to the POC, Technical Violations (TVs) were also in compliance. LPA reviewed the amended Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC610 E) and missing personnel records. The annual licensing fee is also current. The deficiency is now cleared.

An exit interview was conducted with Lead Staff Michelle Torres, and a copy of this report including the Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared were provided at the end of the visit.
