Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joseph Alejandre made an announced visit to the facility to conduct the pre-licensing inspection. LPA met with applicants Voltaire Almacen and Delwyn Lacson An initial application to operate an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) was submitted to CCL on May 6, 2024. The facility is to have a capacity of 4 ambulatory residents. This is a new facility with no clients in care. The facility phone number is 949-503-1550
The facility is a two story house with 7 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms are for clients, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and an attached 2 car garage. LPA observed night lights mounted in the hallways. There is a backyard with no bodies of water. There is a shaded seating area with tables and chairs outside.
Central air/heating system installed with a central panel on the wall to control the temperature.
There are 4 client bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and will easily accommodate the clients' belongings. All client rooms had the required furnishings and linens.
Medication is kept locked in the laundry. The first aid kit and the first aid manual are stored in the kitchen pantry. Knives and sharp objects are kept locked in a kitchen drawer.
All bathrooms have working showers and toilets. All bathrooms are clean and operational.
