Therefore based on preponderance of evidence through records reviewed and interviews the allegations that staff do not assist resident with medication management and resident did not receive medication as prescribed are determined to be UNFOUNDED, meaning that the allegations were false, could not have happened and/or is without a reasonable basis. This agency has investigated this complaint.
