Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Enforcement Analyst (EA), Mila Quinto, with the Home Care Services Branch (HCSB), conducted an on-site inspection for the purpose of a biennial inspection. The EA met with the licensee Cirilo Bernos. EA observed the posting of the license and operating business hours. Business operating hours are from 9:00am -5:00 pm, Monday and Friday.

According to the licensee, they do not have the files for the home care aids and the insurance requirements available for review.

Based on the interview, EA informed the licensee of the following violations observe and being cited in accordance with Health and Safety Code 1796.42 License Posting, Insurance, and Abuse Reporting and 1796.52 (c) Inspections and Investigations; Oversight Responsibilities . See HCS809D.
