On this day, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrea Mendivil made an unannounced visit to conduct a case management. LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility and explained the reason for the visit.
LPA conducted health and safety check with Administrator. Currently the facility has 2 residents in care. LPA Mendivil advised Administrator Saleem about required documentation in the entrance of the building.
No deficiencies noted today. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided.
