Applicant stated that she and her entity did not intend to advertise that their facility is in operations. She stated that they were getting the website ready, getting ready for license, didn’t get any phone calls really. And if they did, they would let them know they were not licensed yet and not operating. She continued that she did get one call from a neighbor and she told the person they were not accepting any patients as they were not licensed yet. She stated she does not know if the website went live, or if it went live mistakenly, her partner was the one in charge of website development. Christina noted that she is not sure when the website went up or when it actually went down. She stated they did not intend to advertise or go live. She stated that they were just getting the website ready. LPAs Joseph Alejandre and Celine De Perio conducted a 10-day complaint review on April 7, 2022. LPAs verified the facility has no clients / residents at this time. No personal items observed at the facility.
