04/22/2024 and conducted by Evaluator Jenifer Tirre

COMPLAINT CONTROL NUMBER: 22-AS-20240422151705

Resident's dietary needs are not being met.

On this day Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jenifer Tirre made an unannounced visit to iniate complaint investigation. LPA discussed purpose of the visit and allegations with Administrator Taylor Clark.

Based on a facility record review and interview with Administrator Investigation revealed that Resident (R1) is a resident at Sea Cliff Healthcare Center Skilled Nursing not Sea Cliff Assisted Living.

Sea Cliff Healthcare Skilled Nursing is an entity of California Department of Public Health. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging residents dietary needs are not being met. We have found that the complaint was UNFOUNDED, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and/or is without reasonable basis.

An exit interview was conducted with Administrator and a copy of report was provided to facility.
