Complaint Investigation Report

This agency has investigated the allegation Facility vehicle is not properly maintained. Based off observations and documentation the department has found that the complaint is deemed UNFOUNDED meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and / or is without a reasonable basis. We have therefore dismissed the complaint.

An exit interview was conducted with Administrator and a copy of report was left at facility.
