Licensing Program Analyst, Kathrina Chin and Ombudsman, Nancy conducted a case management visit today to follow up on an incident report report received by the Regional Office dated July 13, 2022. The incident occurred on July 1, 2022.
LPA and Ombudsman met with met Andrea Nino, Business Office Director. During the visit, the resident was present at the facility and was interviewed.
LPA did not observe a deficiency during today's visit.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given to Andrea Nino, Business Office Director.
