Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kimberly Lyman conducted a collateral visit to continue the investigation into complaint #22-AS-20220325133723 at closed facility 306005269. LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility and explained the reason for the visit.
During the visit, LPA reviewed and obtained documentation for complaint ##22-AS-20220325133723 as well as delivered findings to Licensee.
