The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samer Haddadin conducted an unannounced case management visit to the facility to amend Complaint Report No. 22-AS-20220421153926. Upon arrival, LPA Haddadin was greeted and granted entry by Executive Director (ED) Peggy Ulland. LPA explained the purpose of the visit.

An exit interview was conducted with the Executive Director, and a copy of this report was provided.
