Facility Evaluation Report

LPA made an announced visit to conduct the required annual inspection. The facility is currently licensed; however, the facility is non-operational and has never accepted any residents.

Licensing fees are current, and the Licensee/Administrator Kaur has full control of the property. The interior and exterior areas of the facility are well maintained. The facility has running water and electricity. Emergency bags are available, activity items are present, and emergency food and water was observed. There are no smells or odors present during the inspection, and the required facility postings are readily available.

No deficiencies are being cited during today’s visit.

An exit interview conducted, and a copy of the report was provided.
