The inspector’s account

LPA Haley made an unannounced case management visit to verify the facility sketch approved by the Orange County Fire Authority April 29, 2026.

During the inspection LPA Haley confirmed the facility floor plan is consistent with what was approved during the April 29, 2026, fire inspection.

During the inspection, LPA observed three resident bedrooms with all the required elements. Two resident bathroom areas were observed. Hot water measured at 108.5 and 108.1 degrees F.

4 burners were operational on the gas stove. Sharps and resident medications will be stored in a locked kitchen cabinet. Resident files will be stored in a locked filing cabinet and will be stored in the garage attached to the front structure.

The garage attached to the rear structure will not be used and will be inaccessible to residents. Licensee and Administrator were advised staff should always have access to the garage when requested by the department.

No corrections are needed. The structure will be recommended for licensure.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided.
