LPA Haley made an unannounced case management visit to verify the facility sketch approved by the Orange County Fire Authority April 29, 2026.
The licensee was not prepared for the visit and the garage on the new structure was not accessible.
LPA Haley will return to complete the case management visit.
Licensee will be advised that all areas of the structure need to be available during the case management visit.
