Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Gough made an unannounced visit to the facility to investigate into an incident that was reported to LPA during the complaint investigation 22-AS-20251105135854. LPA was informed that it was reported to Administrator (AD) Marisa Hernandez that Client #1 (C1) was poked on the bottom by Client #2 (C2) and felt as if they were raped.

LPA interviewed C1 and informed LPA that they were poked on the bottom while doing laundry by Client #2 (C2), however, was still wearing clothes. C1 felt that if they were not wearing clothes it would be a worse situation. C1 informed LPA that they had to leave for day program and did not want to miss their bus.

LPA was unable to interview C2 at the time.

Staff informed LPA that C1 came to them and informed them that C2 poked them on the bottom. Staff confronted C2 and they did not admit to the incident, but said they will not do it again. AD informed LPA that they will be submitting an incident report on the matter to the Regional Office.

LPA was unable to interview C2 at this time.

No citations were noted per Title 22 Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations at this time. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was left at the facility.
