The inspector’s account

On today's date Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) William Vanegas conducted an unannounced visit for the purposes of conducting an annual inspection. Upon arrival LPA Vanegas was greeted and granted entry to the facility. LPA explained the purpose of the visit and Administrator was available to assist with the annual inspection. LPA began a tour of the facility and observed the following Administrator Ligaya Garciano has a valid administrator certificate valid from March 31,2025 through March 30, 2027.

The facility is a one storied home with four bedrooms one of which is for staff and three of which are used for residents in care. The facility also has two bathrooms which are both shared for the facility. There is a detached two car garage. LPA observed kitchen area to be clean and free of any mildew and debris. LPA observed there to a microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator all to be in good repair and tested operational. LPA observed for there to be a two day supply of perishable food and a seven day supply of non-perishable food on hand. LPA observed a sufficient amount of emergency water on hand.

LPA observed resident rooms to be large enough to walk about freely, and for no obstructions blocking entry way with no toxins or hazards accessible to residents in care. LPA observed resident rooms to have all required furnishings including a reading lamp, a chair, a bed, clean linens in good repair; meaning no strains or tares, a chest of drawers, and enough storage space to store personal belongings.

LPA observed all resident bathrooms to be clean and free of any mildew and debris. LPA observed all water faucets and toilets to be operational. LPA observed bathrooms to have all required furnishings such as a shower chair, grab bars, and slip resistant floor matts. Hot water temperature tested between 109.3 and 113.7 degrees Fahrenheit.
