Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rose Ruppert made an unannounced visit to the facility today to conduct an Annual Required Evaluation. LPA was greeted and granted entry by Staff #1 at 8am. During today’s visit, LPA met with Claudia Olteanu, Administrator.
The facility is a level 3, single story, four bedroom, three bathroom residential home with an approved fire clearance of six non-ambulatory clients of which one may be bedridden. The facility currently has a census of four clients in care.
LPA tested the carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and both were operational. The fire extinguishers were charged and were inspected on January 21, 2025. The facility's last fire drill was conducted on January 10, 2026. LPA inspected the kitchen and observed a weekly menu. All appliances were in working order. The facility had two days of perishable supplies and seven days of non-perishable items There were additional emergency food and water supplies in the garage. Sharps and knives were secured in a locked drawer in the kitchen. Hazardous chemicals and cleaning supplies were locked and stored underneath the sink.
During the visit, LPA toured three of three resident bedrooms and one staff room. LPA tested hot water temperature in one of one resident bathroom. The hot water temperature measured 112.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Resident rooms were clean and had the required furnishings of a bed, lighting and dressers with ample closet space.
