The inspector’s account

On today''s date Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) William Vanegas made an unannounced visit for the purposes of completing an annual inspection. Upon arrival LPA was greeted and granted entry to the facility by facility staff. LPA explained the purpose for the visit, and Administrator (AD) was made aware of the LPA's arrival and AD arrived shortly after in order to assist LPA with the annual inspection. LPA began a tour of the facility and observed the following. AD Adrianna Harbin has a valid Administrator certificate valid from November 16, 2025 through November 15, 2027.

The facility is a one storied home with five bedrooms four of which are utilized for clients in care, and one of which is utilized as an office. The facility is equipped with three bathrooms one of which is utilized by staff and two that are utilized for clients in care. The facility is also equipped with an attached two car garage. LPA observed kitchen area to be clean and free of any mildew and debris. LPA observed the kitchen area to have an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a dishwasher. All appeared to be in good repair, and tested operational. LPA observed there to be a two day supply of perishable food and a seven day supply of non-perishable food as well as a sufficient amount of emergency water. LPA observed sharps and toxins to be secured and inaccessible to residents in care.

LPA observed all resident rooms to be large enough to walk about freely and for the rooms to be free of any debris and hazards. LPA observed bedrooms to have all required furnishings including: A chair, a lamp, a chest of drawers, a bed, clean linens in good repair; meaning no strains or tears, and enough storage space to store personal belongings. LPA observed all client restrooms to be clean and free of any mildew and debris. LPA observed all restrooms to have required furnishings including: A slip resistant floor mat, and grab bars, LPA observed all faucets and toilets to be in good repair and tested operational. Hot water temperature tested between 118.2 and 121.8 degrees Fahrenheit. CONTINUED ON LIC809-C.
