The inspector’s account

On July 16, 2026, at 8:30AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Edward Kim conducted an unannounced Collateral visit. LPA Kim met with Caregiver (CG) Brandonle Mora Sandoval. CG Mora called Administrator (ADMIN) Daniel Datcu and LPA Kim explained the purpose of the visit. The purpose of this Collateral visit was in reference to a complaint with Complaint Control Number: 22-AS-20250516082515. ADMIN Datcu could not attend today’s visit and stated CG Mora could sign on behalf of the facility.

LPA interviewed resident #1 in private room due to complaint allegations that occurred at another licensed facility.

No deficiencies were cited during the inspection visit.

An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Caregiver Brandonle Mora Sandoval.
