Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samer Haddadin made an unannounced case management deficiency visit. LPA met with House Manager (HM) Sarah Pinero and explained the purpose of the inspection.
During the health and safety check, LPA observed in of the restrooms chemical supplies that were unsecured and in an unlocked sink cabinet.
Based on the observations made during today’s inspection, one deficiency is being cited per Title 22 Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report and appeal rights were given to HM at the end of the visit.
