Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samer Haddadin conducted an unannounced Case Management . LPA Haddadin was granted entry into the facility and met with Administrator (AD) Susan Lee, to whom the purpose of the visit was explained.
During today's visit, LPA Haddadin conducted an interior and exterior walk of the facility LPA also checked hot water temperature in 6 different resident's rooms ( 111.1-117.2DF). LPA checked memory care unit and made sure chemicals and sharps are locked.
No violation noted An exit interview was conducted with AD, and a copy of this report was also provided
