Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samer Haddadin conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) case management visit to the facility. Upon arrival, LPA Haddadin was greeted by Administrator Purita Ramos, who granted access. The purpose of the visit was explained.

During the annual inspection on September 15, 2025, the facility was cited for violating California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, Section 80088(e)(1), regarding hot water temperature. At that time, the hot water measured above the regulatory requirement, which mandates a range of not less than 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40.5 degrees Celsius) and not more than 120 degrees Fahrenheit (48.8 degrees Celsius).

During this visit, LPA rechecked the hot water temperature, which measured 119.9 degrees Fahrenheit, and was therefore within the regulatory range.

Based on this observation, the cited deficiency has been corrected. This Plan of Correction is now cleared. A copy of this report, along with a Cleared POC Letter, was provided to the facility.
